Linguine 350 gr.
Shrimps 700 gr
Tomatoes “ciliegino” 300gr
Tomato sauce 3 spoons
White Wine 1 glass
Garlic 1 clove
Parsley, Chili pepper, Salt, Extra Virgin Oil according needs
Put garlic, oil and chilli in a saucepan.
Add the shrimp, well washed, but whole.
Cook for a few minutes, then blend with white wine.
Cut tomatoes in half and add with tomato sauce in the saucepan, than cook for 10 minutes.
Cook Linguine for 9 minutes in salted water.
Drain “al dente” and pour into the saucepan with sauce, stirring with prawns.
Add parsley and spoon of oil
