Pappardelle 400 gr.
Shrimps 400 gr.
Broccoli 400 gr.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100 cl.
Garlic 1 clove
White Wine half glass
Wash the broccoli and boil them in boiling salted water.
Fry the garlic in oil in a pan.
When this is golden, add the crustaceans cut in half, then add the wine until and evaporate.
Cook the Pappardelle in the same water with broccoli.
Drain al dente and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Mix well and serve hot.
