Linguine with mussels

Linguine 350 gr

Mussels 1 kg

Tomatoes “ciliegioni” 200 gr

Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

Garlic 1 clove

Extravirgin oil, Chili Peppers, oregano according needs





Clean mussels and keep aside.

In a pan put the garlic oil and come chili pepper if you like spicy dishes.

Let's fry a couple of minutes and add the mussels.

Keep the flame high to open the mussels.

Add the cut tomatoes in half and the Tomato sauce.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Cook the Linguine for 9 minutes in plenty of salted water.

Drain al dente and pour in a pan with the mussels, adding a drizzle of oil and a pinch of oregano.
