Ingredients

4 serves

Paccheri 350 gr.
Tomato Sauce 700 ml
Double concentrate tomato paste 3 spoons
Minced meat 400 gr
Onion half
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 spoons
Prated parmesan qb
Basil
Salt

 

Preparation

Finely chop the onion and pour it into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Cook gently until the onion is gold coloured, than add the minced meat, tomato sauce, double concentrate tomato paste and salt.

Cook over medium heat for an hour.

As soon as our meat sauce (Ragù) is ready, cook the Paccheri Pasta Vietri for 10 minutes in plenty of salted water.

Drain “al dente” and add the Ragù.

Add parmesan and basil according your whishes
