Paccheri Gaeta style with cuttlfish

Paccheri 400 gr.
Fresh cuttlefish 1Kg
Tomatoes “ciliegino” 10
Tomato sauce 6 spoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil100 cl
Vinegar 1 spoon
Garlic 1 clove
WhiteWine half a glass
Salt, pepper and chili pepper

Wash and clean the cuttlefish, cut into strips and put them in water with vinegar

In a pan fry the garlic and the chilli pepper in the oil and add the cuttlefish drained from the water.

Cook for 6 minutes.

Add the wine and add the tomatoes “ciliegini” and the Tomato Sauce.

Cook for 20 minutes, add salt and pepper according your taste.

Cook paccheri fon 10 minutes in salted water.

Drain “al dente” and pour into the saucepan to amalgamate with the sauce.

Serve hot!
